As you can see we told the guards that we won't submit. This was my first decision and I stayed true to our character. One of our core rules has always been to never surrender even if it means a difficult fight. However, it turns out that if you don't surrender, you can't even finish the Forsworn Conspiracy quest. Does that make any sense?
